These days, people do too much. This is what the first energy worker and founder of Power Soul Healing, says Birgitta Visse.
“In our modern world of invasive and omnipresent technology and constant digital connection, it can be too easy to be swept away in the turmoil of incessant effort, realization and acquisition,” she explains. “We are so absorbed by our own screens that we have lost contact with the world around us.”
Consequently, many people suffer from various “say-aerists” and a general feeling of discomfort. Visser’s mission is to raise awareness of the solution: energy work.
The challenges of our technological society
“We are bombed with all directions by a distraction dam in the running for our precious attention and our energy,” says screw. “In the midst of this matrix of flashing screens, instant notifications and the seduction of social media, staying anchored in our authentic being and connected to the wisdom of our hearts becomes an ever greater challenge.”
In addition to technological distractions, it highlights social conditioning as another challenge which must be overcome. “Society wants us to buy and be in a way,” she explains. “We lost ourselves so much in this terrestrial jungle. It takes a conscious intention and a discipline to resist fragmentation and shooting in different directions by the frantic pace and the endless requirements of a technologically motivated society. »»
Due to these challenges, the feelings of social isolation of the Americans have increased.
“Many people have barricaded themselves by walls of indifference, lost in their own world,” said Visse. “It is as if we had forgotten the joy of a real interaction, opting rather for the convenience of screens and emojis, leaving our hearts sucking on the heat of a real connection.”
However, there is a way to overcome these challenges.
The different methods of energy work
“We have to disconnect ourselves from all this and bring us back to spending time with ourselves,” says screw. “It is only by understanding with compassion and continuously redirecting our inward consciousness that we hope to remain centered in the present.”
Energy work can help. Although there are many techniques and different schools of thought in this space – meditation, reiki and yoga to shamanic practices, light language and healing of crystals – Visser says that the specific method that someone chosen does not matter.
“Any type of energy healing and / or light language work can help us overcome the challenges of life,” she says. “Any healing modality can work for anyone. Do everything that aligns about your mind. There is no good or bad, whether you felt called to explore Western medicine, speech therapy, alternative methods or a combination of approaches. Do what suits you. Release any judgment or external pressure on the “correct” way of healing. In the end, you are the only one who can decide what will nourish you from your soul and help you treat, grow, heal and prosper. Trust yourself to heal yourself in a most significant way for the evolution of your own soul. »»
Visser also suggests that different energy working methods work similarly.
How the energy work heals
“By explaining the power of universal energy and our own inner light, these practices allow deep healing at all levels-physical, emotional, mental and spiritual,” she explains. “They help us to release stored trauma, painful emotions and limiting the beliefs that keep us stuck and disconnected from a healthier version of ourselves.”
Return to the field of pure being – it is ultimately how the energy works to heal. However, the conscious strategic use of healthy and positive self-discourse plays a key role.
“Our words condition our central nervous system,” says screw. “The way we talk about it determines where we are in the life and the relationship we have cultivated with ourselves and our environment. When challenges occur, we have to sit with ourselves, change the model and reclass our programming. Change our state of mind to move our consciousness. »»
For this reason, Visse underlines the importance of accepting the responsibility of your own life.
Extinguish the call to heal
“We must arrive at a state of surrender and acceptance of the place where we are at the moment, taking responsibility for our lives,” explains Visser. “We are and have always been the architects of our own experiences, no matter how much the outside world can scream on our face,” says screw. “In the seas of distraction and noise, our open hearts are our compass to the north, pointing to the house in the light and the truth of whom we are.”
The process begins with a real motivation to change.
“You should want to transform yourself,” says screw. “No one can save you only you; It’s up to you to do the work.
In addition to healing, however, doing this work also has a positive effect on those around us.
“These deeply therapeutic experiences are not only personal,” says screw. “Like throwing a pebble in a pond, they reveal to raise the collective consciousness. While we each do our inner work to transmute darkness in light, we contribute to the great awakening of humanity. Never underestimate the power of your healing – it has the power to change everything, inside and outside. »»
Become a divine alchemist
While the challenges of the contemporary world can threaten to sweep us away, energy work offers a security port.
“Our annoying and persistent demons are not there to torture us but simply do not cry to be healed,” explains screwing. “We are divine alchemists, transforming lead into gold, transforming our pain into light. With each layer of trauma that we take off and purge, we create a space for more light to cross us, lighting our way forward. »»
