We can create workouts for you to take anywhere, with minimal equipment and bodyweight workouts, or custom workouts you can take to your local gym. Additional benefits include activities such as running or cycling exercises.
2. Flexible communication
With individual personal training gym sessions, you usually only have access to your trainer during your appointment. With online personal trainers, you can communicate easily and regularly with your trainer. We find that having a flexible schedule and a customer-facing communication option is important to helping clients build long-term success with their health and fitness goals.
3. Personal progress tracking
With our App, we easily track your fitness routine. We can make adjustments on the fly to capture all your training data and your progress – in one easy place. With our App, we can communicate about any goals, questions or concerns to make sure that your training is the best.
4. Planning
With online personal training, we are able to plan your workouts as you know the upcoming week’s workouts. When you work with one of our online personal trainers, there is usually a set program for about 1 month. As a client, you will know what to expect and will be able to ask about upcoming workouts, or allow you to schedule work, or other personal planning concerns. If you need more workouts, or you quickly change your workouts, your personal trainer will also be able to give you workouts to do on the days you are not working out to help you stay motivated.
