My Nourishing Morning Routine – JSHealth

Every morning I will wake up at about 7:30 am, when I need 8 hours every night. I always make sure that I wear my body after sleeping at night with water. Follow my technology switching from evening before-not to check social media, texts or emails-even after you are awake for at least 30-40 minutes. Instead, I pay attention to what I feel grateful for and practice a routine morning.

Although every morning it may seem a little different depending on where I am or any connections I have, above all, I always give priority to self -care, even if it is for only 10 minutes.

Today’s starting with a positive note, changing the rest of the day.

1. breathing and deep assurances
