One Pan Herb Crusted Fish – JSHealth

If you have long been part of my community, you will know that this fish recipe is actually from my first book “The Healthy Life”-published in 2015! I still do this to this day because it is fast, feeding and explodes with fresh flavors. Corticoplastic fish have been linked with sweet potatoes rich in antioxidants and asparagus for a simple and easy dinner in the middle of the week. This shell also works heavenly with salmon!

ingredients:

• 1 sweet potato, slices in tours
• 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
• ⅓ cup (50 grams) is raw or roasted almond
• ¼ A bunch of parsley and papers chosen, one large hand
• ¼ A handful of basil and papers captured and 1 large handful
• 1 garlic clove, peeled
• ½ lemon, zested and luced
• 2 fixed white fish villas, we used Parasmondi
• 1 handful of asparagus, counterfeit Spears

Heat the oven to 200C or 390f. Baking tray line with baking paper.

Place the sweet potato slices on the edges of the lined stairs. 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil over the top and spices with sea salt. Bake in the pre -oven for 20 minutes.

While sweet potatoes cook, prepare dandruff. Mix almonds, parsley, basil, garlic and the remaining olive oil in a food processor. Add lemon enthusiasm and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. The season with sea salt and black pepper. The process until the mixture is combined. You still want to stay a little bit.

Take the sweet potato from the oven and put the fish slices in the middle of the stairs. Spoon of almond crust mixture and throat at the top. Gently press down with your fingers to ensure crumb sticks. Asparagus are added to the same pan and gently sprayed with olive oil and sea salt. Prepare the stairs to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes. The cooking time will differ depending on the fish fillet.

Served with additional pressure of lemon juice.
