PB, Oat & Dark Choc Slice – JSHealth

Makes: 16 bar

For the rule:

  • 1 cup (85 grams) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (140 g) cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 spoon of sea salt sea

  • 150 g (5.3 ounces) dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

To make the base, combine oats and cashews in the food processor. Blitz until fine crumbs formed. Add the remaining and practical ingredients until the mixture comes together. Put the mixture in the tin and use your hands to press firmly on the mixture at the base of the tin. A place in the refrigerator to set.

To make packing, put the ingredients in the food processor and the raid until the mixture collects. Press the peanut butter evenly on the top of the base and flattens with a spoon or your hands.

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, while ensuring that the slide is covered evenly.

Transfer the slide to the refrigerator to determine for a period of not less than one hour.

Once appointed, remove it from the freezer, and dissect in the squares and serve. We would like to serve us with spraying sea salt on top.

Keep any residue stored in the refrigerator for up to one week, or the refrigerator for up to two months.
