When I am short on time but you want something nourishing and delicious, the toast is to go to. You can ascend them in minutes, and they are filled with nutrients your body likes, such as quality protein and healthy fat.
Whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the roasters offer a satisfactory boost when life is busy. You can keep it simple, or creativity with any ingredients you have on hand.

1. Tuna elites

Who does not like Golden’s crunchy elites! This is one high protein and is easy to prepare. You only need to mix the rich omega -3 tuna with mustard, crunchy celery, red onions and a refreshing bite! Add the tuna mixture over the cortical fermented dough and top with Mozarilla Melti.
ingredients:
- 95 g (3.3 ounces) Tuna tin, drain
- 1 tablespoon of red onion, cut carefully
- 1 celery stem, pent -up
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of mustard diet
- 1 pickled, soft cubes
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 2 fermented dough bread slices, or favorite bread
- 2 slices of mozzarella, or favorite cheese

All ingredients, except for cheese and bread, are mixed in a small bowl. Tamulus to taste with sea salt and black pepper. Mix even well. If your mixture looks a little dry, add an additional doll of Greek yogurt.
Spread the tuna mixture on one of the baking slices. Add the cheese on top, then put the other baking slice on top. We added a little butter over the bread to create a golden crisis.
Biche in a sandwich, press for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Slide in two halves and progress.
2. Pisto chicken elites

This one is a delicious mixture of protein, healthy fats and intestinal fibers, all wrapped in the crunchy fermented dough! Sender Chicken provides a deformed energy batch, while the generous avocado provides healthy fats in the heart. We have added tomatoes and a pepper to freshness. End with Pesto, this is a delicious fast lunch packed with a flavor in each bite.
ingredients:
- 2 fermented dough slices, or favorite bread
- 1 tablespoon Beisto, we used one TBSP
- Avocado, destroy
- ½ tomatoes, slices, we used Rome tomatoes
- 50 grams (1.7 ounces) Mozarella cheese, 2 chip
- 50 grams (1.7 ounces) cooked chicken
- A handful of the missile

Spread the beeto on one slice of toast. Spread the broken avocado on the other slide and spices with sea salt.
Tomato chip layer and cheese slices on the pesto chip. The season with black pepper. Place the chicken on top, followed by some missile leaves.
Place the other piece of bread on top, the avocado side below.

3. Caprese toastie

Raise your lunch with this cheese bread, explode with European summer flavors. Enjoy the simplicity of sweet tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella – all mix together in a wavy golden joy. For those who love vegetables, you can also add some missiles or spinach to these elites.
ingredients:
- 2 fermented dough slices, or favorite bread
- 1 tablespoon Beisto, we used one TBSP
- 50 grams (1.7 ounces) Mozarella cheese, 2 chip
- ½ tomatoes, slices, we used Rome tomatoes
- 5 basil papers
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic sailor

Spread the besto on both pieces of bread.
A layer on slices of cheese and tomatoes. The season with sea salt and black pepper. Place some basil leaves on top and end with some balsamic glazing.
Place the other piece of bread on top, the basto side below.
