Birthday Reflections for my 36th Year! – JSHealth

I hardly write my personal reflections. This year on my thirty -sixth birthday, I believed that I should write down my thoughts in my morning career today to think about my feeling about another bosom around the sun!

  • I would like to be the most appreciated and felt in my life. I just feel love around me.
  • I learned, regardless of that – to keep boxing (thanks Gran!).
  • Leaving go and mile (finding a balance between these) makes life much better.
  • More and more, I realized that the simplest aspects of my life are the best aspects – for example, waking up with myel, my morning coffee, weekend ritual, daily walking, etc. I think we have learned that the glossy and shiny parts are the best we should seek to find happiness and joy. I know that this is not the truth.
  • I love my work and my work a lot. I know that it is completely honored to transform my passion by helping people feel satisfied every day in my job. I will never take it as a Muslim. This society has a large part of my heart.
  • I realized that the work is the best thing for us (I say this while still facing arduous working days I always like).
  • Here is the thing – I used to think “you should work” while it was raised as a young mule. I realized the amount of work that makes us healthy and strong. It builds internal flexibility, keeps us preserved in such a good flow, supports our mental health and the quality of life (I think more than we realize).
  • Always hard work, always appears at the end – with everything you do.
  • Being a aunt is the highlight of life so far!
  • I appreciate my friendships. Especially proud and proud of the same group of Besties since we were 13 years old!
  • I can’t believe that I am working with more than 50 females every day. I hope they realize how much their work and strength inspire me personally every day. Working with you is a privilege. i mean it.
  • My sisters are myths. I am very lucky to contact you my sisters. The best real friends.
  • The thing that I cherish at all in this life is my dean’s husband. It will always be the greatest grace for me and the most holy part of my world. It is my whole heart.
  • I am very appreciated for my father, and all I pray for is their continuous health.
  • What I love most about this life: to be at home, weekends with a very few plans, wake up with the purpose, and cook when I am in a mood, walk in beautiful neighborhoods, wine and olives, vitamin formulation, PJ Mornings, and planning a new new restaurant.
  • The difficult “Yuck Day” is usually followed with a great day the next day. Just continue.
  • My greatest desire in the coming years is health and peace, and to be illiterate one day, so that the JSHEALTH vitamins are the most trusted brand in vitamin in the world, and to help people feel satisfied.

Finally, I wish my loved ones, my community and clients to know how much it is.
