Packed with healthy fibers and fats with coconut yogurt and dairy -free or refined sugar, this preparatory star for meal! For a vegetarian option, only you have to switch honey for maple syrup.

ingredients:
Oats overnight:
- 50 g (half a cup) fast oats
- 12 g (1 tablespoon) Xia seeds
- 4G Macha powder
- 30 grams (2 tablespoons) maple/honey syrup
- 240 g (1 cup) water
- 120 g (½ cup) Coconut yogurt (optional)
For the strawberry company:
- 250g frozen strawberry
- 30 g (2 tablespoons) honey
- 240 g (1 cup) water
- Coconut roasted, for service

Mix the oats, chia seeds, and the Matha powder with water in a bowl or Mason tractor. Add honey or maple syrup, and set aside in the refrigerator overnight.
For the mass, bring strawberries, water and honey on low heat until smooth and reduce by half. Move every few minutes and throw strawberries until thick and meat. The refrigerator. Note: These stores are in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and are ideal with muesli, yogurt or Cottage Cheese.
