When I was studying to be a dietitian in Los Angeles, I was visiting Erwin and was obsessed with the vitamin and juice aisle. It was truly a complete moment when JSHealth Vitamins launched in Erewhon!

Yoga and Pilates
Movement is an important part of how I take care of my body and mind. I will always advocate exercising gently and listening to your body. I now feel good with yoga and pilates. Melissa Wood’s workouts are my current favorite workout to feel strong!
Community gatherings
I had a wonderful evening with Delaney Childs at the Wren. We enjoyed the scalp massage, acupuncture, and… Advanced Magnesium+ Mocktails – I really love connecting and sharing healthy practices with the JSHealth community. It’s nutritious in so many ways!
Evening sauna
My favorite ritual after work! I sauna every night at 7:30pm and do Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditation or breathing practice. I haven’t always been consistent with saunas, but after seeing the benefits and noticing how calmer and firmer I feel afterwards, it’s become an essential part of my routine.
Home cooked meals
Eating intuitively and being in tune with my body is at the core of how I nourish myself. Lately, I’ve been enjoying classic JSHHealth recipes, e.g Burger bowlIn addition to hot, slow-cooked meals inspired by the principles of Ayurveda. These comfort foods make me feel balanced, energized, and cared for from the inside out.
