My Tiramisu-Style Dates – JSHealth

If you need a sweet snack you feel tolerant, this TIRAMISU style is absolute treatment.

It is naturally sweet from Medjool dates and honey, full of Tiramisu cream. For more protein, we used Greek yogurt, ricotta, as well as a script of Jshealth + probiotics. This is fast in preparatory and ideal to keep cold for a sweet but saturated snack. I would like to make a boost during the weekly preparatory preparatory for Jshealt Sunday Prep!

It’s time to cook: 10 minutes preparatory + 30 minutes cold

In a small bowl, mix Ricotta, Greek milk, honey and coffee. Stir even well.

Cut the dates below the center and remove the pits if necessary.

Tiramisu mixture spoon in every date. The refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Dust with protein powder and finish with a little salt before serving.
