Gredients:
1 small apple, cut into small pieces
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of chopped or boots
1 tablespoon of dried coconut
1 tablespoon of melted butter, or coconut oil free of dairy
For service:
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, or coconut yogurt for dairy -free
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir the mixture.
Press a large container of the oven or a glass container. Instead, you can divide between two smaller Ramekins.
