During the next week or less, pay close to the conversation by passing in your head while work or training or to play your sport. Make a conscious effort to watch how you process challenges that arise.
- How long have you spend to complain, be out or in your head?
- How much time do you spend worry about the circumstances you cannot control?
- You often think about the choidically, as if you beat a brush fire after another?
If these are your mental habits, you have convinced that circumstances are out of your check.
The way of the victim’s mentality is to place a stop to your negative thoughts. Interrupt those self-defeat models and retrieve your brain in the new habits.
Develop the mind required to succeed through these actions:
- Decide how to answer. When you start complaining, stop and make a list of what practical changes you might do answer the situation.
- Focus in an action. When you catch you beside the circumstances beyond your check, interrupt you and ask: what is an action that could take now to address my work challenge? And then take that action. Your mind will change from concern for practical action and specially your trust.
- Determine tangible solutions.If you still find business from the trouble and fighting fighters continuously, ask: How could you categorize these problems and resolve permanent? Cut through temporary solutions and find clarity that enables genuine progress to permanent solutions.
- Tame the conversation in your head. The content you feed your mind keeps your mind. Train yourself to notice the content you feed your brain. If everything is complaining and annoys from the external forces, which is as feeding your brain a stable diet of the ice cream. Choose to feed your brain in a way that builds your mind for excellence search.
The teacher your thought process will give you the mind that allows you to crush the self-influenced thoughts and keeps you to drive in the direction of the successful success.
